I Just Need Workout Programming

$35 / 1 hour workout

for example:

$105 = 3 workouts for you to execute in your weekly regimen.

This option is great if you already know your way around your gym. I am always available for feedback as you begin your workouts and to hold you accountable for completing them. After spending 4-8 weeks on a regimen, we will reevaluate how to progress you.

I Want 1-on-1 Training

Starting at $75 / 1 hour session

(Available as packages for 1-4 times per week.)

Are you new to the gym or to establishing a workout regimen? Do you need a little extra motivation and direction? We'll work together in person so I can teach you new exercises safely and introduce you to new equipment, and closely follow your progression.

I Want Virtual 1-on-1 Coaching

Starting at $60 / 1 hour session

(Available as packages for 1-4 times per week.)

You don't need to live near your favorite trainer to work with them! We can connect virtually for your workout to keep form and technique a priority.

(This would work best if you workout from home or a private space.)

I Prefer Small Group Sessions

Starting at $60 / participant / 1 hour session

(2-4 participants)

Ideal if you already have a friend or two that you want to workout with! Even if you are at different fitness levels, we'll work together and modify for each participant as needed.
